Anyway, it is not enough to know that "he" or you have hidden favorites. I need to be able to SEE THEM when I receive your invitation. I made this clear on my profile (which I assume you read before sending me a friendship invitation). On profiles like yours with only the scantest amount of profile info, seeing your profiles gives me an idea of who you are.
I understand if you want to rely on the setting that keeps your favorites hidden to people that aren't already your friend. It's just that decision won't allow us to be friends.
Go in a good way.
